Refund
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your digital marketing service deliverables to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you will need to provide proof that the deliverables are the work of one or more of our experts. You will need to provide a signed contract between you and Marketing Experts PH that can point out how our deliverables did not meet the standards stated in the agreement. You will also need to show proof of payment for the services.

We will notify you once we’ve received and investigated your refund request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 business days after seeing our service, performance, and/or digital output to request a service exchange.
